Masala Tea (500 gm)
Masala chai is a tea beverage made by boiling black tea in milk and water with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices.
How to prepare
Use one teaspoon of POI Masala Tea in milk/water and boil for 2-3 minutes as your regular tea.
Add sugar/honey according to taste. Use only milk to get the best flavor.

Can I drink masala tea at night?
Though chai does contain caffeine, its levels may not even be enough to disturb your sleep (unless you’re highly sensitive to caffeine). In fact, chai also contains tannin, which reduces the rate at which caffeine is absorbed into your system.
